I was born and raised in the delightfully cloudy and rainy Pacific Northwest. As long as I can remember I was telling stories to my sisters around the dinner table until my mom actually had to forbid storytelling at meals so that my sisters would eat (insead of being doubled over in laughter). My stories did not take written form until the age of fifteen when I began the slow process of teaching myself how to write a narrative.

 

The result is a whirlwind of events, memories, imagination, and brainstorming that has been wrestled into a single story that I hope catches your imagination and makes you think.

 

Many people may have trouble connecting with a few of the characters written. That's okay...In fact some might consider that a good thing. No one has the same life story or view of life. Why should we expect every character to behave, have the same experiences or thoughts, and live the same way we do?
